License
Your use of the Bank Bonus Tracker application is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications. You can review this agreement at:
Subscriptions
Certain features of the Application are available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or annually) and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bank Bonus Tracker and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Your Data
All data you enter into the Application is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to, collect, or store your data on any external servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Bank Bonus Tracker does not guarantee the accuracy of bonus information, requirement tracking, or date calculations. You are responsible for verifying all information with your financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank Bonus Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or missed bank bonuses, arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100 USD), whichever is greater.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All data stored locally on your device will remain accessible to you.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
